Supervisor Quality Checks means one of our team leads inspects every room after the crew finishes. We're not looking for perfect. We're looking for the things that matter: baseboards wiped, floors actually clean, bathrooms sanitized, no missed corners. If something doesn't meet our standard, we fix it on the spot. No charge for the fix.
The supervisor walks through with a checklist we've built over years of cleaning homes in the area. They test surfaces, check under furniture, look at the details people notice first. This happens on every single job, whether it's a monthly maintenance clean or a deep clean. It takes an extra 15 to 20 minutes, but it's built into our pricing.
You get the confidence that what you're paying for is actually done right. No surprises when you get home. No calling back. If we miss something, the supervisor catches it before they leave. That's the whole point.

Does the supervisor check add time to my cleaning appointment?
Yes, about 15 to 20 minutes. We build that into the appointment window so you're not waiting around. The crew finishes, the supervisor does a final walk, and you're done.
What happens if the supervisor finds something that wasn't cleaned properly?
We fix it right then. The crew touches it up before they leave. You don't pay extra and you don't have to call us back.
